Octopuses are cephalopods that require a specific marinade, as the fibres of its flesh have to be broken sown in order to achieve the desired tenderness. Once it has been marinated, it is thoroughly cleaned and colt with salt and onion. Time of coking it depends of it size. After it is drained and left to cool for a few hours.
