Small scallops in sauce

A classic “tapa” from Galicia made with this seafood and a delicious sauce. The sauce is made with vegetable oil, tomato, onion, spices and salt, following traditional Galician recipes. The scallop (Chlamys Varia) is similar to the vieira but smaller, and it lives on the coast to about 80 m deep.
